INTRODUCTION

Damodar Valley teachers’ training college is recognized by NCTE Bhubaneshwar, L.No. – ERC/7 – 158.15.1.35/2013/19844  for B.Ed course and managed by ANTYODAYA EDUCATIONAL TRUST registered under societies Act. 21 , 1860. The college has got recognition from ERC – NCTE under new regulation, 2014 for conducting B.Ed programme of two years duration with an annual intake of 100 (One hundred) for two basic units of 50 students each from the academic session 2015 – 2016 vide L.No. ERC/NCTE/ERC APP1180/B.Ed (Revised order)/ 2015/32245 dated 27.05.2015. The College has been already granted affiliation from the Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag, Jharkhand.

 

           D.El.Ed programme of two years duration with an annual intake of 50 ( Fifty) from the academic session 2017-19                      vide L.No.ERC/NCTE  APP2602/D.El.Ed/2016/47164  dated 09.06.2016.

     2.   The College is located at patlabari, left bank of panchet dam in Jharkhand state.

     3.   The College is exactly situated at 5km from the Kumardhubi railway station via Chirkunda, Panchet  road                           and 6km  from Mugma Railway station and good communication available.
